Do you own OhmTrak w Core360 belt and want to maximize the experience? Boost your OhmTrak experience! Get personal one on one training, where the concepts will be clearly explained and demonstrated. Your questions will be answered, and you will leave with everything set and running.
The session lasts about an hour.

Are you PT or Fitness Coach? Improve your client core training experience, efficacy , and satisfaction. This is one on one online course covering the Core activation and breathing training with the OhmTrak and Core360 belt.

Training lasts about two hours. It can be split into two sessions if desired.
